MEMBERSHIP POLICY
AUTO-RENEWAL:
Membership purchases will auto-renew monthly and annually, depending on how you purchased, usually either on or close to your date of purchase. Membership purchases made under trial period offers or with use of discount codes/coupons will start charging on the day the trial period ends unless the member cancels their subscription before that date.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:
If you decide to cancel your subscription please follow these instructions:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on your Avatar (image) from the page header.
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown.
- Click "Billing" Info in the top right of the page
- Click "Cancel"
You will lose access to your membership on the next billing cycle - either 30 days after your last payment if you are a monthly member, or one year after your last payment if you are an annual member.
REFUNDS:
If you selected the annual subscription, you have 30 days from initial purchase date to request a pro-rated refund by filling out the contact form here. To ensure a successful refund, you must provide the same email address you enrolled with. Refunding your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in the future.
We will deduct your first month (at the monthly rate) from your refund. Your access to the membership site and Facebook group will be removed 30 days after your purchase.
Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions. Refunds are not available for annual subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days.
Please do not dispute claim directly with your credit card company as your first step – we are here to help. We cannot initiate a cancellation requested through Facebook or any other social media.
PAYMENT DEFAULTS:
If your payment method provided cannot be processed for any of the payments, you’ll be contacted. Your access to membership may be suspended until your payments are current.
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS:
We reserve the right at our discretion to deny access to or remove customers from membership at any time for any reason. Members are fully responsible for any relationships, communications and connections with other users on the platform and for negative actions resulting from their contributions. Organizations have no obligation to review content before it is submitted but may edit or remove content if it is deemed to violate community moderation guidelines, to disobey laws or regulations, or to put into question the integrity of the online community or other members.
