Michelle Song
My practice is rooted in the Zen Buddhist and Ashtanga yoga traditions as well as in deep ecology and herbalism. I’ve studied and practiced with elders and teachers within those communities at the Vairochana Zen Monastery, Anantha Reseach Foundation, East Bay Meditation Center, and the Mount Madonna Institute. I've lived part-time in India for the past several years to deepen in my studies of mindfulness meditation, pranayama, yoga, and Ayurvedic practices.
